Shipping & Delivery
Every situation below is a checklist. Find yours, work down the list, and stop as soon as something resolves it. If you get to the bottom of a list, that's when to email us — and by then you'll have everything we need.
Your order hasn't shipped yet
- Count the business days since you ordered. We ship within 1–5 business days. Anything inside that window is on schedule — weekends don't count.
- If it's day 5 or less, you're done. Your tracking email lands the moment your parcel leaves us, sent to the address you used at checkout.
- If it's day 6 or later, stop worrying. We already know. Anything that hasn't moved by the sixth business day is automatically escalated to our fulfilment team.
- Give us three more business days. Within that time we'll email you an update and your tracking number. You don't need to chase it.
You haven't got a tracking number
- Check it's been at least 5 business days. Before that, there may be nothing to send yet.
- Check your junk and spam folders. This is the answer far more often than not — shipping confirmations get filtered routinely.
- Search your inbox for “Glossy”. Filters and tabs move things quietly.
- Still nothing? Email us. We'll find it and resend.
Your tracking hasn't moved
First, check where you are in the window: 7–20 business days for the US, 10–25 international, counted from dispatch and not from when you ordered.
- Inside the window? This is normal. There are four ordinary reasons tracking goes quiet:
- The first scan often doesn't happen until your parcel reaches a regional hub near you. During peak periods, when carriers process parcels in bulk, that can take a while — and until that first scan, the carrier hasn't formally confirmed receipt.
- On some routes the first scan only happens at delivery.
- Tracking databases lag behind the parcel itself.
- Some shipments — Standard International especially — aren't trackable at all. Yours is still coming, and it will arrive by the 20th or 25th business day at the latest.
- Past 20 business days (US) or 25 (international)? Give it another five business days. Parcels that run long usually land on or just after the 20th or 25th business day.
- Past 30 (US) or 35 (international)? Now it's ours to solve. We monitor delays this long and escalate them to our fulfilment manager. We'll investigate and come back to you by email within two to five business days. Nothing is needed from you meanwhile.
Still nothing 30 days after purchase, and tracking doesn't show it as delivered? You're entitled to a free replacement — see the refund & returns page.
Every delivery window, in one place
What Free Shipping means for timing
- Expect 7 to 25 business days. That's the full window for free delivery.
- Expect dispatch to take a little longer. To keep it free we route these by the most cost-effective method available.
- Don't read a slow dispatch as a problem. If it hasn't shipped yet it's still on schedule, and it will arrive inside that window.
Expedited shipping
- Check the shipping step at checkout. That's the only place it appears, and we offer it rarely — keeping our prices where they are depends on that.
- If it's there, expect 7 to 15 business days in the US and 10 to 20 business days internationally.
How we work out your delivery date
- Start with the projected dispatch date, then add transit time. That's the whole formula.
- Transit time follows the shipping speed you picked. We count it in business days and exclude Saturdays and Sundays, unless a weekend delivery option was offered to you at checkout. Public holidays are factored in.
- Treat any “order within” countdown as a deadline, not a promise. It's the window to order for the date shown, and that date can still change before you finish checking out.
- Trust your order confirmation email. The date confirmed there is the one that counts.
